Ifechukwude Ugbana is E-Terra legal officer/Business Development Coordinator. Before joining E-Terra Technologies Limited she was an Associate at Anoka & Associates (a Law Firm) and a junior Counsel at the Nasarawa Ministry of Justice.
Ifechukwude is an intellectual with 5 years’ experience in legal drafting, regulation and compliance, drawing up and maintaining commercial contracts as well as maintaining a cordial relationship with Government Agencies, Industry Regulators and other Stakeholders.
Ifechukwude holds an LL.B in Law from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, and was called to the Nigeria Bar upon attaining a B.L from the Nigeria Law School. She is a Member of the Young Lawyers Forum and currently working towards being certified by the Institute of Chartered Security and Administrator as well as obtaining a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
